Signal Integrity Solutions - Common Mode Chokes - Series LF (Low Frequency)
EMI is generally regarded as a “high” frequency phenomenon. Regulatory compliance and proper device functionality requires EMI at all frequencies
to be suppressed, however.
High impedance versions of low frequency chokes is perfectly suited for filtering low frequency EMI from data circuits. The common mode choke format prevents data distortion, while the construction provides high impedance at low frequencies to suppress EMI (typically from power supplies).
High current versions are best suited for filtering power supply circuits. Capable oc carrying up to 20 amps continuous current, these chokes focus EMI suppression below 30MHz.
