I/O Backplane Shields

I/O backplane shields offer high conductivity and shielding attenuation and can be manufactured in a variety of thicknesses with specific die-cut holes and shapes. I/O backplane shields are UL 94V0 and HB flame retardant.

Applications include connector gaskets to shield and/or ground the backplane of computer and telecommunications equipment that have a variety of cut-outs and openings. Laird Technologies can design your gasket to the specifications you supply using a fully detailed print, drawing file or actual panel to which the gaskets are to be applied.
