LAIRD TECHNOLOGIES EXPANDS ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH SAGER ELECTRONICS BY AUTHORIZING THERMAL PRODUCTS

Partnership Expands Sager Electronics’ Product Offering and Allows Both Companies to Reach Target Markets

ST. LOUIS, MO USA — (May 8, 2007) — Laird Technologies, a global leader of critical components and systems for advanced electronics and wireless products, today announced an agreement where Sager Electronics is now authorized to sell Laird Technologies’ thermal management products. This partnership benefits both companies because it allows Laird Technologies’ to expand global solutions with local support while enhancing Sager Electronics’ product offering.

In 2005, Laird Technologies selected Sager as its first North American distributor for EMI products. The decision to authorize the company to sell thermal products expands on this existing relationship.

Sager Electronics was selected because of its customer service strength, operational excellence and long-standing leadership in the industry.

Based in Middleboro, Massachusetts, Sager distributes a wide range of electronic components from manufacturers around the globe.
